Med Student Pays Off Loans with $122, 506 Jackpot at Slotland.com

September 8, 2005 (London, UK) – It happens every six weeks or so at Slotland.com (www.slotland.com), home of the ‘most won’ jackpots on the internet, so Slotland.com wasn’t too surprised when ‘PHATFARM’ struck it rich last month.

But it sure surprised the 26 year-old medical student: “My wife is pregnant with our first child and she’s had to stop work. Needless to say, money is tighter than usual, but I have to admit I do have a gambling streak in me,” said PHATFARM.

“It’s great to see the jackpot won by a young family that can use a little help in fulfilling their dreams,” said Hannah Morante of Slotland.com. It all started when PHATFARM accompanied his brother-in-law to the corner store for cigarettes and he bought his weekly scratch cards. He was speechless when he scratched a $1,000 winner, but his brother-in-law knew just what to say. He convinced him to play out his winning streak and introduced him to Slotland.com.

PHATFARM explains the story: “My brother-in-law said he’d been playing at Slotland for over a year and he really loved it. He told me that I’d get a $100 bonus when I signed up and that he would get a $100 bonus for referring me.”

For two weeks, the new slot machine player resisted the urge to cash out when his account balance grew from $100 to $200 and then $300. His patience was rewarded when he hit the big one playing Slotland.com’s challenging ‘Heavy Metal’ slot.

“I knew before the last reel finished that I won over $100,000,” said the excited winner.

Well known for their exceptional customer service, Slotland.com is also famous for its frequently hit progressive jackpots. It was only in July that player “CR0CR2S” pulled down a fat $127,988 while playing Striking Sevens, and became the first big jackpot winner on the new Slotland.com game.

“You don’t know how much this money helps us! We have already paid off my college loan and are now talking about maybe buying a house. Med school is going to be much easier with this money in my bank.”
